With an intuitive SmartScreen™ interface, it simplifies operation through easy notifications and guidance. The printer's flexible architecture supports expansion with optional dual-sided printing, encoding, and lamination modules, along with a dual input card hopper for higher volume. Ideal for businesses, universities, healthcare, and government, it delivers high-quality IDs with AES-256 encryption and advanced security features. The HDP5000e offers superior image quality and versatility.
The new HDP5000e offers increased card throughput, enhanced print quality with advanced colour management, and a more vivid colour profile. It features a higher-definition SmartScreen, an updated electronics platform supporting 100mbps networks, and improved exterior materials for better durability and cable protection. Also, resin scramble technology safeguards printed data.

To ensure a perfect, glossy, photo-like finish on Proximity and Smartcards with uneven surfaces, the HID FARGO HDP5000e Retransfer printer prints a reverse image on clear HDP film, which is then fused to the card. The HID FARGO HDP5000e ID Card Printer's modular design allows for easy upgrades, while its ribbons and overlaminates come in easy-to-load cartridges, ensuring efficient operation.
